📦 WHAT THE STOCK IS WORTH, AS AN ACCOUNT. Accounts can now carry the value of the stock on your shelves, because that is the shop's money too. It is OFF until you turn it on, in Accounts → Manage, where you also choose what it counts: what the stock cost you, or what it would sell for. It follows the stock by itself. Only stock in lots is counted — food has none. 📋 THE LOW-STOCK LIST SAYS ONE THING NOW. The count in the banner and the list under it were answering different questions, so they could disagree. Both now mean the same: the stock number is at or below the alert you set. An item on minus stock is left out — a minus means the shop sells it without recording stock, so there is no real number to order against. An item on zero is IN: you have run out of it. The out-of-stock switch no longer puts an item on the list, and can no longer hide one that belongs there. 🧾 THE REORDER SLIP PRINTS, ALWAYS. The Print button is always there. Pick a supplier and it prints that supplier; print without picking one and you get the whole list, grouped by supplier. Products with no supplier are a group called Unknown rather than being left out, so nothing is missed. The supplier picker no longer disappears on a shop that has not set any suppliers, and new products are no longer stamped with a made-up "Supplier 1". The slip no longer suggests how much to order — that is yours to decide. It says what is low and what is left, and the Order column stays empty for your pen. 🔧 THE GEAR ON THE SIGN-IN SCREEN OPENS SETTINGS AGAIN. Tapping it did nothing at all in the last two builds. It opens the till's own Settings behind a manager's PIN, as it was meant to. 🧰 THE SELL SCREEN'S TOP ROW IS ONE ROW. The categories sit on the left and scroll; All, the camera, Custom, Custom food, the keypad and Search sit on the right and never move, so a button a cashier reaches for all day is always in the same place. The row never wraps onto a second line: when there is no room for the categories they are dropped rather than pushing the buttons down. 🔧 SETTINGS OPENS ON THE RIGHT MENU. Opening Settings could show the menu of several versions back for a moment — the old group names, and every device listed as a page of its own — before the real menu replaced it. On a till that could not read its own device list that old menu was not a flash: it was the menu. Settings now shows the same menu from the moment it opens. The group headings stay on small screens too, and the menu shows a scrollbar and fades its bottom edge, so it is clear there are more pages below. 👉 THE TILL NO LONGER FREEZES. The screen could stop taking touches until the app was restarted — when Fullscreen was switched, when a USB device was plugged in, or when coming back from the Settings app or a system dialog. 🔧 THE APP'S SETTINGS SCREEN IS NOW THE TILL'S OWN. The gear on the sign-in screen used to open a small Android screen that could only show kiosk mode, fullscreen, the USB list and the version. It now opens the till's real Settings — printers, the fiscal register, the cash machine, receipts, devices, backup, everything — without signing in for a shift. It asks for a manager's PIN, and it does not open a drawer: closing it returns to the sign-in screen. A cashier's PIN does not open it, and the same limit on wrong PINs applies as on the sign-in screen. 💙 A NUGEZZA PAGE IN SETTINGS, AND IT IS THE ONE THAT OPENS. Settings now opens on a Nugezza page: the phone number, the email and the website to reach us on. It is the first page in the menu, and it works even when the till cannot reach the internet. 🔒 STAFF SEE THE TILL, NOT THE SHOP'S BOOKS. A cashier opening Settings gets the Nugezza page and nothing else: no menu, no other pages, and two big buttons — Hard Refresh and End shift & sign out. They no longer see today's takings, the Analytics tab, or today's report, and the ten taps on the logo that reveal them work only for a manager. Signing in with your own PIN, or as a manager, keeps the whole till as before. 👤 THE END SHIFT POPUP SHOWS THE SHIFT. Ending a shift now shows the opening balance, the cash, card and cash machine it took, what was left on pay later and the total sales, above what is in the drawer. The shortcut button is "Take today's sale" — the cash that shift put in the drawer — because the float stays for the next turn. What is in the drawer, what is left and the shortcut were all showing €0.00 before, whatever the shift had taken. 🧾 A FISCAL CLOSURE WITH THE SHIFT. Settings, General: turn on "Fiscal closure when a shift ends" and the Z report prints on the fiscal printer as the shift is ended. If it does not print, the shift still ends and the till says so, so the closure can be taken on the printer. 📋 THE ACTIVITY LOG NOW HOLDS THE SHOP'S MONEY. Shifts opened and ended, money in and out of the drawer, bills settled and part payments, the cash machine loaded, paid out and emptied, money moved between accounts, fiscal closures and staff changes are all recorded, with the amounts. In the manager app, Activity is colour-coded by what kind of thing happened, with the shop's own words and the full detail, and the filter chips carry the same colours. 🖥️ THE APP OPENS ON THE SELL SCREEN. Closing the app and opening it again lands on the POS page instead of wherever it was left. A reload still keeps the screen you were on. Today's takings and the Analytics tab now hide again 60 seconds after the logo taps that reveal them, without a hard refresh. 💶 WHAT CUSTOMERS OWE IS THE SHOP'S MONEY TOO. In the manager app, Money is now Cashier and Accounting is now Accounts. Accounts opens with what the shop is worth: the total, then the money in cash (the cash drawer, the cash accounts and the cash machine), the money in the banks, the unpaid bills still to come in, and anything waiting to be placed. The cash drawer is listed again with the other accounts. Touch Unpaid bills to see who owes what, the biggest first. 👤 WHAT EACH PERSON SOLD ON THEIR SHIFT. A shift now shows its opening balance, the cash, card and cash machine it took, what it left on pay later, and its total sales, above what should be in the drawer. A payment only takes a line when the shift took money that way. An ended shift shows what that person sold, instead of what was left in the drawer. 🏦 ENDING A SHIFT FROM YOUR PHONE BANKS THE CASH. Ending a shift in the manager app asks the same thing the till asks: how much you are taking out of the drawer. What you take goes to the shop's cash account and the rest stays for the next shift. Before, it asked for a count and the money stayed in the drawer. 🕛 A SHIFT THAT ENDS AFTER MIDNIGHT. A shift opened before midnight and ended after it lost every sale rung before midnight from the figure it was signed off against. It now keeps its own money, whichever side of midnight it ends on. 🔒 THE SIGN-IN SCREEN ON A SMALLER SCREEN. When the app is not full screen, the opening balance slid under the shop name and the four PIN dots were cut off. The screen now fits, and the keypad stays in one place. 🍽️ COMANDA FROM THE CART. With food in the cart, Print opens the printer popup with a Comanda button for each kitchen printer, below the receipt buttons. Each printer is listed once, even when it prints both receipts and comandas. A comanda prints all the food on the order and holds the order. If a comanda is lost, open the held order and press Comanda again: it prints every time. When the bill is paid later, the automatic kitchen ticket only sends dishes added after the last comanda. 💶 CASH MACHINE MONEY IS COUNTED IN THE CASH MACHINE. Money the cash machine takes is no longer counted as cash in the drawer. The Report shows the drawer and the cash machine apart: the drawer with its own sales and balance, and the cash machine with what it started with, what it took, what was moved in or out, what it should hold, what it holds now and the difference. Bills paid later, part payments, customer tabs and table bills paid on the machine now count in the machine too. The Money page in the manager app shows the same split. 🏦 LOAD AND EMPTY THE CASH MACHINE FROM ACCOUNTING. In the manager app, Accounting shows the Cash machine account with what it should hold, what the machine really holds, and the difference. Money in, Money out, Move money, Put money in and Withdraw money work the real machine when the Cash machine account is one of the two sides. Money going in is counted by the machine as the notes are loaded. Money going out is paid out by the machine. Only what the machine really took or gave is booked, and you pick the other account each time. Only shops with a cash machine see any of this. The Cash machine page keeps the notes and coins and Empty the cashbox. 🔘 CUSTOMER PAYMENTS ON THE MACHINE ARE SWITCHED ON THE TILL. Take customer payments on this machine is back in the till's Settings, under Cash machine. 💶 THE PAYMENT POPUP KEEPS ITS SIZE. Pressing the cash machine button no longer changes the size of the popup. Cash, Cash machine and Card always stay in the same place, and only the top of the popup changes. The cash machine button does everything the machine needs: it shows what is happening with the amounts underneath, it becomes Stop, give the money back once money is in, Try again when a payment fails, and Give the money back when money is held. Closing the popup still stops the payment. 🗄️ THE DRAWER OPENS ONLY FOR CASH. The drawer opens by itself only when a customer pays the cashier in cash. It stays shut for card terminals, the cash machine, Nugs and pay later, and when a receipt is printed again. The Drawer button still opens it any time. 📱 THE MANAGER APP SHOWS ONLY WHAT YOUR SHOP HAS. Tables, the cash machine, scanning and card terminals only appear in the manager app when your shop has them. 🔒 THE MANAGER APP SHOWS YOUR OWN SHOP. A till that was signed in after it was switched on kept another shop's address until the app was restarted. The manager app on your phone could then show that other shop's stock and money under your shop's name, and Sign out could sign you out of the other shop instead. Your online shop's basket and checkout pointed there too. The till now always uses the shop it is signed in to, and refuses to answer for any other. 🚚 MOVING A TILL TO NEW HARDWARE. Restoring a backup on a new device now works with your shop's own manager PIN, keeps the new device's order numbers separate, and signs you in as that manager. A new device with nothing on it no longer uploads an empty backup, and an old tablet you released stops taking backups and stops answering the shop's online orders. 💶 CASH MACHINE: EVERY SALE ASKS FOR ITS OWN MONEY. A second sale of the same amount on the same day could be booked as paid into the cash machine without the machine asking for any money. Each sale is now its own payment on the machine, and a payment that already paid for a sale can never be used for another. 🖨️ CUSTOM P3-N RT FISCAL PRINTER. The Custom P3-N RT can now be picked as a fiscal printer. Put it in PC mode first: its display must read FPU. Press Stato RT to check it before the first sale. 💶 THE CASH MACHINE TAKES OVER THE PAYMENT POPUP. Press the cash machine button and the popup shows the machine: what is due, what is in the machine, and what is still to go, in place of Customer gives, the coins, the notes and the lotteria code. If the customer puts in less and you keep it as a part payment, only what went in is booked, with or without a customer on the sale. Touch and hold Cash to be paid with Nugs, as before, also with the machine switched on. ✋ CLOSING THE POPUP STOPS THE PAYMENT. Close the popup with X or by tapping outside it and the cash machine gives the money back, instead of waiting two minutes. If the customer finished paying at that moment, the sale completes. SumUp, Stripe and myPOS ePOS terminals are stopped the same way, and a payment the customer made at that very moment stays paid. A terminal the till cannot stop tells you to press Cancel on it. 💳 MONEY FOR A BILL ANOTHER TILL ALREADY SETTLED. If two tills take payment for the same tab, the second payment becomes the customer's credit. It is counted in today's takings and is not lost from the drawer. The tab payment popup shows the credit with a Use button. 💳 CARD REFUNDS ARE NEVER LOST. An online order paid by card that is rejected, cancelled or reduced refunds the customer, and a refund that does not go through is tried again until it does. One still waiting, or refused, shows on the bell. 🍳 KITCHEN. Table, QR and waiter orders now print their kitchen tickets on the Primary, or on the till you pick in Settings, under Tills in this shop. Settings, Orders, Kitchen: choose whether the kitchen screen shows packs and bundles, and whether the Prep ticket prints ready-made food. 🧾 AND MORE. Totals are rounded line by line, the same way the cart and the fiscal printer do. A paid order cannot be edited up. Order search loads in pages. Branch stock reaches your other branches as it changes. Staff have roles: only a manager sees the Staff page. The first staff are Manager (PIN 9977) and Cashier 1 (PIN 0000). The old PIN 1234 no longer works. Kitchen screens, signage and tills stay signed in. 🍳 CUSTOM FOOD: BUILD A DISH TO ORDER. A new Custom food button sits between Custom and Keypad. Tap it to build a dish step by step: the container, its size, then each part you have set up, such as the base, toppings, add-ons and sauces. The price follows every pick. The dish goes into the cart like any other, with its choices, add-ons and allergens on the receipt and the kitchen ticket, and "Change size & choices" opens it again. Hold the button to set it up. Add a builder for each dish you make to order, a poke bowl or a pizza for example. Give each container a price for each size, and leave a size empty if the container does not come in it. For each part, choose how many picks are required, how many are included and what each extra one costs. Options can have their own price per size and their allergens. Choose the kitchen printer and the VAT rate. A change saved on one till reaches every till straight away. A till that does not need the button can hide it in Settings, under Layout. 🚫 SOLD OUT TODAY. Mark a dish, or just one of its sizes or options, sold out from the till, the kitchen screen, the waiter app or the manager app. It stays on every menu, greyed with "Sold out today", so customers online and at the table cannot order it, and it comes back by itself on the next shop day. The till can still sell it: it asks first whether to put the dish back on sale. The QR menu and the waiter app now also refuse products that are out of stock, and a sale already rung up on the till is never lost because a product was marked out of stock. ⚠️ ALLERGY ALERT ON AN ORDER. When a customer has an allergy, tap "Allergies for this order" on the till, or declare it in the waiter app, on the QR menu or at the online checkout. Pick from the 14 allergens and add a note if needed. The kitchen ticket prints a large ALLERGY warning, the kitchen screen shows the order in red, and every dish that contains the allergen is marked. The till and the waiter app ask before adding a dish that contains it. A table remembers the alert for the whole visit, so every later round reaches the kitchen with it, and a held bill keeps it. ⚖️ THE SCALE WORKS WITH THE TILL. A bench scale on a USB cable now reads on an ordinary Android tablet, and the WAAGE EB2 is in the list of scales. "Find the scale" really tries every speed before it tells you anything. Put something on the platter and every product sold by the kg shows its price for that weight inside its own tile, just above the item code. Nothing else on the tile moves. One tap adds it to the cart, no popup. Take the weight off and the button fades back out. The weight popup has one weight box: the scale on the left, a typed weight on the right, and the side being used is clearly marked. Choosing the scale keeps the weight you typed. The price per kg can be changed like any other price: tap anywhere on the yellow row and type. Shops that always round can turn on automatic rounding in Settings; the price is rounded to the nearest 10 cents everywhere, the tile buttons included. Rounding changes the price, not the weight you see: the till keeps showing exactly what the scale said, and only the receipt shows the weight the rounded price works out to, so a customer who checks weight × price gets the total. Scale tickets with a barcode scan straight into the cart. The custom item popup can take its quantity from the scale too. 🧾 CLEARER EVERYWHERE. Weights show as kg in the cart, the orders, the receipts and the kitchen screens. Every product takes exactly two lines. Popups that were only a little too tall now fit without scrolling, and lists keep their size as results come and go. 💳 AND SMALLER THINGS THAT GOT IN THE WAY. myPOS no longer says the terminal is busy after the till has been left alone for a few minutes. The receipt popup has an Open drawer button for customers who do not want a receipt. Print on an empty cart opens a slip you can write yourself: text, prices, alignment and size. Turning circles only show for the big loads, not on every small button. 🍽️ RESTAURANT MENUS: SIZES, CHOICES AND ADD-ONS. A food product sells at its own price, with no stock lots. Existing dishes kept their price; a dish with no price sells at €0, so check your menu. The Food tab shows only what a dish uses, and "+ Add properties" adds the rest: price, sizes, choices, add-ons, "No …" removals, kitchen printer and serving times. Packs, bundles and weight products no longer show kitchen settings. Tapping a dish asks for its size and options, and the price follows. The online shop, the QR table menu and the waiter app ask the same way, and the price always comes from your menu. A paid add-on is its own line on the receipt and on the fiscal printer. A free choice or "No onion" prints as text. Kitchen tickets show every choice. On the cart, the order screen, the table screen and the kitchen screen, each dish reads like a kitchen ticket, with a colour each for choices, add-ons and removals. 🏷️ ALLERGENS AND 18+. Mark a dish with the 14 allergens, dietary tags, spice level and badges such as New or Chef's special. Customers see them online and on the QR menu, the waiter app and the till show them, and allergens print on the kitchen ticket. Any product can be marked 18+, alcohol for example. The till and the waiter confirm the customer's age; online and at the table the customer ticks "I am 18 or older". 🔄 EVERY SCREEN UPDATES BY ITSELF. A change made on another till, the manager app, a waiter's phone or online now shows everywhere without restarting the app: orders, tables, products, prices, stock, settings, staff, the report, analytics, the kitchen screen, the waiter app and the QR menu. After the tablet sleeps or the wifi drops, the till catches up on what it missed. Waiter phones only chime for a real call now. Every table has its PIN as soon as it is created. On the QR menu, a bill or waiter request that did not go through is no longer shown as sent. On table tablets, Start Ordering works again.
